• S2 E13: Lessons from 2025: "Bouncing Back" After The Worst Year Of Your Life
    Dec 29 2025

2025 was the hardest year of my life - even though it also included the happiest day I’ve ever had.

In this episode, I reflect honestly on everything that went wrong this year: hiring mistakes, online abuse, scams, racism and sexism, reputational damage, physical attacks, and ultimately the loss of my brother. I use these experiences not to trauma-dump, but to step back and question what we, as founders, spend our time stressing about.

This episode explores how easily we mistake urgency for importance, how much energy we waste worrying about things that don’t really matter, and how entrepreneurship often pushes us to sacrifice time, health and family for a future that isn’t guaranteed.

It’s a raw, reflective close to 2025 - and a reminder that success shouldn’t come at the cost of your life. Going into 2026, my focus is clear: helping founders build small teams, real profits, less stress, and more time for the people who actually matter.

  • S2 E12: Personal Interlude - Strong Doesn't Mean Unbreakable
    Nov 3 2025

Everyone thinks being “the strong one” is a compliment.

You’re the one who holds it together, speaks the truth, calls out the BS when no one else will.

But what people don’t see is what it costs to always be that person.

In this personal interlude, I open up about the emotional toll of being known as the “truth-teller” online - the constant negativity I have to wade through, the hate that comes with visibility, and the quiet exhaustion of always being the strong one.

I share what it’s really like behind the screen - the meme pages, the racist and sexist abuse, the stories of scams that flood my inbox - and how all that darkness can wear even the strongest person down.

This isn’t a rant. It’s an honest, human moment about vulnerability, purpose, and remembering that strength doesn’t mean being bulletproof.

If you’ve ever been the one everyone leans on, this episode is for you.

  • S2 E11: Going Viral BS: Why Going Viral Can Kill Your Brand
    Oct 27 2025

    Everyone wants to go viral.

It’s the holy grail of modern marketing - the “one post” that’s going to change everything. But here’s the uncomfortable truth: going viral rarely helps your business… and often destroys it.

In this episode, I’m sniffing out the bullsh*t around viral campaigns - why so many entrepreneurs treat virality like a strategy, how it actually works, and why it can backfire spectacularly.

You’ll hear real stories of creators who went viral and paid the price - like Ashton Hall, whose 4 a.m. “banana facial” routine earned him 600 million views and a full-blown reputation crisis, and Essena O’Neill, the Aussie influencer who exposed how fake her own viral life really was and then quit the internet altogether.

We’ll unpack the science of why viral content spreads, the dark tactics people use to manufacture it, and what actually works if you want long-term visibility that pays.

Because virality gives you attention - but attention without intention is noise.

  • S2 E10: Greenwashing BS: How Fake Sustainability Is Ruining Real Progress
    Oct 20 2025

    Everyone’s suddenly “saving the planet.”

Every brand’s “eco-friendly.” Every campaign has a leaf on it.

And every company wants you to believe they care.

But the truth is: most of them don’t.

In this episode, I’m sniffing out the bullsh*t around greenwashing - how brands fake sustainability for PR, profit, or credibility, and how it’s quietly damaging the real progress we need.

    We’ll talk about:

🌿 The signs of greenwashing and how to spot them

💰 Why fake sustainability marketing hurts genuine brands

🫢 The rise of greenhushing - why good companies are staying silent

🤝 How to find real purpose-driven businesses worth working with

🔥 And what you can actually do if you do care about making a difference

Because sustainability shouldn’t be a marketing campaign - it should be a commitment.

  • S2 E8: Personal Interlude - Prioritising Myself In Business
    Oct 6 2025

We’ve all been told to “put yourself first.” But when you’re running a business, what does that really mean? In this personal interlude, I explore the blurred line between self-care and self-sabotage, and why prioritising yourself isn’t always an easy (or wise) decision.

I talk openly about how I’ve struggled to find the balance, the cost of being too generous, and why some spiritual entrepreneurs are just avoiding accountability. If you’ve ever felt guilty for resting or for working too hard - this one’s for you.

In this episode, I break down why daily content isn’t the magic formula it’s made out to be — and why smart founders are posting less, but converting more.

    • Why the “post every day” advice doesn’t actually serve most entrepreneurs
    • What the algorithms really favour (with up-to-date data and science)
    • How to calculate the true cost of your content
