    May 14 2025

Owning a practice can feel like a juggling act, one where the stakes are high and the rules keep shifting. But what happens when a GP decides to trade the traditional playbook for something more values-driven, more courageous, and more scalable?

In this episode, Dr. Ajay Koshti unpacks what it really takes to lead a clinic through uncertainty, culture shifts, burnout risk, and business reinvention without losing your soul in the process. You’ll hear a raw, honest journey from survival-mode migration to confident clinic leadership, and what happens when ownership is treated as a craft, not just a title.

If you're feeling stuck in the "more hours, more chaos" cycle, or unsure how to grow without sacrificing your life, this episode will shift your thinking, and maybe your future.

    • How practice growth can open doors to personal time, mentoring others, and building wealth beyond medicine (49:06)

This conversation is a reminder that the most meaningful growth isn’t just in patient numbers. It’s in the lives you touch, the leaders you shape, and the values you refuse to compromise on.
