    Hello joyful creatives! Welcome to another episode of the Sandra’s Stories podcast. My name is Sandra and I’m here to tell you inspiring and motivational stories, about finding happiness, working on your mental health, healing, personal growth, but also about creativity and how being creative helps you in your journey.

    As you all may know by now, I’m going through a life changing situation in my life. Even Though the relationship ended 1,5 years ago, next month I finally moved to my own place! The new house is far from finished and it is chaos! That is part of the reason it took me a long time to post another episode. But I'm back! Back to share my stories & to inspire you.

    This period is very hectic, stressful & chaotic and most of the time I'm just racing and basically in survival mode. For a short while that is not a problem, but it is not good for you if you are in survival mode for too long.

    I'm very thankful for having the experiences that I have and knowing the signals now. My body telling me to slow down, and take some time to rest. In this episode I will talk about the importance of listening to your body and taking care for yourself. Those little moments of quiet are very important.

    Hello joyful creatives! Welcome to another episode of the Sandra’s Stories podcast. My name is Sandra and I’m here to tell you inspiring and motivational stories, about finding happiness, working on your mental health, healing, personal growth, but also about creativity and how being creative helps you in your journey.

    As you all may know by now, I’m going through a life changing situation in my life. Even Though the relationship ended 1,5 years ago, next month I’m finally moving to my own place! The new house will be far from finished and it feels like I’m very much behind on everything that needs to be done. I could so easily panic right now, but somehow I’m not. Why? Because this probably is the right thing for me to do. I feel this strong sense of trust and knowing that this is the right path for me.

    Renovating a house can be scary, especially the parts that I don’t know how to do myself. I really need to figure out how to find the right help, manage the money and organize everything. And then there are things that I have never done before but really love to try and do it myself. It feels exciting!


    What I hope to inspire you with in this episode is to follow your dreams, and don’t be afraid to do so. Follow your feelings, do what feels good. Your feelings truly are your best guiding system.

    This episode was not prepared, it emerged in a stolen moment of time, and I just went with the flow. That flow went in the direction of stress, what it can do to you, and the risks of a burn-out. It also is about how journalling helps with relieving stress but also taking small steps into changing your life to prevent something like a burnout.
