There was exposure to hockey and skiing but it was sprinting where he excelled during his years in school.     In the 2nd episode of the podcast we speak to Aminul. Aminul had an interest in sports quite early on, giving running a few attempts in the past but it wasn't until 2020 when it finally stuck and became part of his identity. Aminul started building on the early distances of 5-10K's and Half Marathons before reaching his first Marathon in 2022. With a "Sub 4" on the mind Aminul has trained for and completed a few Marathons (most recently London 2025), but regardless of how we train, not all journeys have the outcome we expect.

However in 2020 when all activities came to a halt Sunny was open to opportunities which is when running came along. With a slightly different approach Sunny realised in order to train his best and push through the challenges he has to give himself a target / a milestone to work towards - bring on entering the ballot for the London Marathon 2024 - which was just the beginning!
