    She is a native Texan and a 29-year law enforcement professional. She was sworn in as the City of Waco’s Chief of Police on March 15, 2021, also serving as the city's first female and the first black female in the history of the city to serve as police chief after serving with the Houston Police Department for 28 years. Join us as we talk about her journey in law enforcement.
