  • Welcome, Rachel to the mic.  We have heard of each other and we have never actually met in person.  She is a person of many hats - a community activist, an active Facebook page called Rachel’s Round Table where she talks about voting, customer service, artist, photographers, and a host of other topics and people.   Our discussion starts with elements of the foster care system and transitions into the importance of self-care.  They were both related in some form.  It was great to have her on the show.  What a breath of fresh air and informative simultaneously. I’m looking forward to Rachel’s repeat performance on the podcast.
