Luke Tyburski- Mental health and Ultra endurance

  • Summary

  • A former professional footballer, Luke Tyburski now takes on some of the world’s most extreme ultra-endurance challenges. Luke created and completed a world first 2000km in 12 days Ultimate Triathlon from Morocco to Monaco, with an award winning documentary made about this inspirational feat.

Constantly looking to challenge himself, Luke has run through the Sahara desert, down Mt Everest, across a tropical forest in China without food, money, water and with a plane to catch. He has undertaken mountainous double Ironman triathlons, taking him 35 non-stop hours to finish, completed multiple 150 mile ultra-marathons and 250 mile non-stop bike rides to name just a few of his accomplishments.

Luke’s entire life has been about performance, overcoming obstacles while dealing with setbacks to achieve his daily best. With over 15 years experience in the health, fitness, & sports performance industries, Luke has not only been an athlete himself, but coached many to achieve their physical performance goals as well.

Luke has translated his unique experiences as an extreme-endurance athlete, former professional footballer and overcoming his dark personal battle with depression, binge eating, and suicidal tendencies into informative, engaging, and highly entertaining presentations. A published author of Chasing Extreme, Luke has shared his inspirational story to audiences around the globe, alongside the mental framework he has created to be one of the world’s leading endurance athletes.

Luke Tyburski wants to inspire others to live outside their comfort zone, so they can catch a glimpse of their true potential.
