  • Self-Reflecting
    Jun 6 2023

Self-Reflecting is one of the very first steps in a life reset. It is an essential and foundational step in the process. Self-reflection allows you to gain a deeper understanding of yourself, your values, strengths, weaknesses, and the areas of your life that may need improvement or change. It also involves introspection and examination of your thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. Self-Reflection can be done through journaling, meditation, therapy, or setting aside time for self assessment. During the process of self-reflection, a wide range of feelings and emotions can arise. It's important to approach this practice with and open and non-judgmental mindset. Emotions are natural and can provide valuable information/feedback about your needs, desires, and areas requiring attention.

  • What is a Life Release, Reset, Renew?
    May 23 2023

A life reset can provide the opportunity to reevaluate one's values, goals, and priorities and make necessary adjustments to align them with their current stage and circumstances. This can help individuals find a renewed sense of purpose, meaning, and fulfillment, which can lead to improved mental and physical health, better relationships, and greater overall satisfaction. When considering a reset, it is helpful to use the Wheel of Life tool to help evaluate each area of your life that may be out of balance. you can find a template that matches your lifestyle at google.com under images. Anytime is a good time for a reset and renew however, it's usually major life circumstances that catapult us in the right setting such as divorces, kids leaving home, needed a career change, therapy, death in the family...etc. We are in the beautiful journey together!
