  • Meet husband and wife team Shanna and Trevor Johnson, owners of Bayou Bluegrass Catering. Bayou Bluegrass Catering started in 1998 and is based in Lexington, KY. After working in the hospitality industry learning the ropes from the ground up, Shanna joined the Bayou team in 2011, became a partner of the company in 2014, followed by purchasing the company with her husband Trevor in 2021. In addition to off-site catering, they manage three venues in Lexington, KY. Those venues are The Round Barn, Copper Roux and Limestone Hall.
