    EP 101 Connecting & Inclusion Presence Challenge


    This meditation will help you recognise the fear that keeps you from connecting and including, not to fight it, but to see it clearly enough that you can choose differently. Because when you include what is here, all of it, something shifts. You feel more complete. More whole. That is what healing actually is, not the absence of difficulty, but the presence of you within it.


    We live in a world that is more divided than ever. More reactive, more resistant, more loud about what it doesn't want and doesn't like. And if you look closely, what we're collectively fighting against is almost always something natural, something that simply is. The ego, yours and mine and everyone else's, does not like connection and inclusion. It would rather divide, judge, and push away, because that is how it keeps itself safe.

    And yet the truth is simple: the full moment, exactly as it presents itself, holds everything. The pleasant and the unpleasant, the easy and the difficult, the welcome and the unwelcome. The moment you can include it all, you connect with it all. And the moment you connect with it all, you are actually here. The moment you resist even one part of it, the suffering begins.

    This is not a small practice. This is the practice, and it may be the most important one of our time.
