Fantastic and Engaging

I was absolutely hooked from the first episode. In depth story telling, engaging to listen to, and very educational. It's the kind of detective, mystery solving podcast I love. I couldn't believe how much I didn't know and it has opened my eyes to these issues. You'll never stop growing and learning. This was a fantastic learning experience and I can't wait to see what Marc Fennell does next.

A Fascinating Critique

Great production and thought provoking content creating a window into how we have created the underlying thought patterns of society, while opening them up to be challenged.

Simply Superb

This is a tough topic handled sensitively and empathetically by Marc Fennell (no surprise there given his previous outings).

His ability to structure and present a story in this case spanning centuries is umatched.

These stories are so important and I am better for knowing this history thanks to Marc and his interview subjects.

Another stellar delivery by Marc Fennell.

I was hooked from the start and listened to it in one day. A must listen investigation into scientific history. Truth telling stories like this need to happen as uncomfortable as they may make people feel.

Fascinating, thought-provoking

Really interesting, with a range of perspectives. Despite the macabre topic it managed to be hopeful.

Outstanding truth telling

Everything about this is fascinating. The production, the detailed investigation, and Marc Fennel’s enlightening interviewing style.
The horror of our past behaviours truthfully and thoroughly told. Well done team, I can’t wait to hear what you produce next.

brilliant

Put together and read so well. As a med student I really enjoyed learning about the effect racism had on medical science and the way it still effects people and science today

Wow… just wow.

This… “We are not subject of study, we are human beings god damnit.”

I got shivers.

Wow. I am absolutely speechless. This podcast made my heart ache, gave me goosebumps and also taught me so much. It was so well done and such an easy listen. I devoured it, couldn’t stop listening and the stories will live rent free in my head probably for a long time to come.
