• Our Duty of Care to Future Generations
    May 12 2025

    Send us a text

Tricia and Nigel chat about our duty of care to future generations.

They question the importance of not leaving the problems we are currently facing to the next generations.

They explore what may be inhibiting progress on current environmental and other concerns, and shine some light on indirect ways to impact change and make more of a difference.

While many people believe they don’t have the time, or ability to influence the state of the world, they offer other possibilities to create a ripple effect with impact.

  • What can you do, in the face of global disruptions?

As we look out at what is happening in the world, it is becoming clear that we are moving from the rules and ways that have led us to this moment.

So what do we do when it seems the disruptions are no longer something that affect another part of the world or another race or group, rather they are affecting and disturbing the slumber for each of us in some way, no matter where we live on the planet.

We bring our real time heart based approach to this topic, as we recognise this time, brings us an opportunity to step away from the more passive approach we may have taken in the past and become more active, to reclaim what we actually want for our lives and the planet.

    So what do we want?

We highlight this as an important time to get to know our true and authentic selves, so that the steps we take, are with choices that align with the spirit of life, not just what we have been told or led to follow in the past.

We will be moving from what we may have complained or felt unjust about or passively accepted in the past, perhaps because we may not have felt our voice could be heard, or that we could do it differently.

We are in times now however, that our voice and actions as individuals is needed more than ever, so let's make it count.

We invite you to make your choices based on your authentic, natural and inner self through this unique real time heart-based approach.

We can make the most of this time by making our decisions and choices towards more balance, kindness and care for what matters.

Chat with us on your thoughts or if you have questions as to how this can be helpful during this time

While we are seeing much happening in the world - wars, take overs, greed, unhappiness, anger, confusion, escalation of poverty, imbalance of power and wealth - we know there is hope and opportunity to change the balance and trajectory towards caring for people and the planet.

There is hope because we see this path is not created by a few people in power or a position. It is created by the power of one; the everyday people like you and me, through the choices we make. We can choose differently such as to lessen the time we get caught in the ‘noise’ around us, to learn more and gain a broader understanding of what we are being ‘told’, to question and notice the nature of actions, to open up rather than fixate on a position or right or wrong approach, to change who and what we support especially when it does not align with what we are seeking; care and rebalancing.

The hope is with you. You are important in the shift. Your choices and voice matters.

  • The Body Keeps the Score... Self Care
    Feb 26 2025

    Send us a text

How well do you know your body? Do you know what foods keep you well, and work for you? Do you know what type and amount of exercise is good for you and your body? Do you know what lifestyle practices leave you feeling well, happy and healthy?

The thing is, the better you get to know yourself and your own needs, the more chance of engaging them. While we will never know how much or how little it takes before we feel the ill effects of our daily practices, we do know that the body keeps the score.

So the more we notice the changing needs of our body, the more we can match our self care to the different stages of life we move through.

If your intention is to live life fully at all stages of your life, by getting to know yourself, you can adapt and make the most of what life has to offer at any stage or age.

No-one but ourselves can do it for us. Only we can make the choice to care and nurture our body, mind and spirit and along the way, so that in many instances, lifestyle conditions and diseases such as high blood pressure, diabetes, heart disease, insomnia, anxiety, obesity, can be prevented.

  • Careful what you wish for...
    Feb 9 2025

    Send us a text

Have you ever wondered the nature of the things you wish / pray for? Have you ever thought that the things you ask for, may not bring what can lead to your healing and deep happiness?

When we focus our time and energy on that ‘something’ to ‘fix’ or gain to bring us what we are seeking, we may miss noticing what else arrives. When we are looking too hard for the ‘miracle’, we may skim past and not notice the subtle messages that lead to what we seek.

Looking out, may dismiss what is happening within and we may never address what we truly need to heal and gain happiness.

  • Normalising 'profanity'
    Feb 9 2025

    Send us a text

Tricia and Nigel chat about how our use of words have changed over time, affecting our expression and communication.

When we use less words to describe how we honestly feel, what we see and what we do, the gaps in this expression often affects our understanding of what is really going on.

The room for assumptions, uncertainty and mismatch in understanding is all around us.

So… as we aim to better understand what is at the root of our unhappiness and the confusions and conflicts existing in life today, it may be helpful for all of us to notice our own vocabulary and use of profanity, and that of others, and practice alternative ways of expressing what is happening for you and around you.

  • RTHB approach to Christmas
    Oct 12 2024

    Send us a text

With Christmas messaging and decorations in our wake, months before the time, we thought it might be a good time to chat about some alternative approaches to presents, food and the day itself.
So often, we do as we always have, often unaware of why we do what we do, and that what we are doing is not bringing the 'joy' or 'happiness' intended.
In fact in many cases it is much the opposite because of the impact it has on us financially, emotionally and in other ways.
Like you, we have begun to wake up to question our why, and arrived at some alternatives that we now bring to our lives.
Here we share some possible alternatives that we have experienced in relation to the festive season, that reflect many of the principles of the Real Time Heart-Based approach.
If you are interested in discovering how to bring these Real Time Heart-Based approaches to living your life more authentically, to more freely make choices that lead to your happiness, wellness and wellbeing, we'd love to hear from you.
