It seems that many organisations reach out to external companies to slash costs. This becomes an anonymous approach that bypasses real people within the organisation who have much to offer in terms of understanding the operation and purpose.
When done internally, it is possible for people to provide insights and ideas to fine tune systems and create better efficiencies. It can also help remind us of what matters, not only for the survival of the organisation, but for the community in which it serves.
Becoming part of the process with transparency around what is needed and why, while it still may result in job losses, it can feel more inclusive, caring and supportive.
If you are looking to do things differently, speak with Nigel and Tricia about how that can happen or if you have any questions around how to bring about changes.
