Imagine eating what your body needs which also happens to be what you genuinely enjoy… sounds far fetched? It’s not! In a nutshell, this is what intuitive eating is all about! That said, there are plenty of myths and misconceptions surrounding this practice and my guest is going to shed some light on it.

Christina is a health, nutrition, and self-care expert.
