    Reginald Grant is a Business Strategist, Consultant, Speaker, and Author. He is a serial entrepreneur, former English teacher, and professional football athlete. He has a passion to empower and inspire individuals to be successful. All because he has been helped and inspired during his journey.     He is the author of “Entrepreneur: Your Guide To Starting Your Business” (2020), “Managing Your Brand: You Can Pimp Me, But You Have To Pay Me” (2019), Youth Entrepreneur Impact Program(YEIP) (2018), “Thoughts of An Urban Teacher” (2017), “Effective Mentoring in the 21st Century” (2017), "Success Stories Insights by African American Men" and the workbook for young readers (2016), “200 Writing Prompts”(2016) and numerous other books, teacher guides, workbooks, and articles.

    A former NFL (New York Jets) and CFL player, he also finds time to serve on several boards of national organizations working with youth. A former high school and middle school English teacher (17 years) he has worked on statewide assessment development and curriculum for the State of California. He currently consults with companies in a variety of industries from apparel manufacturers like the Retired NFL Players Congress, to tech industry innovators.

    He is also considered a leading expert on Reaching and Teaching African American and other urban youth. A certificated English teacher, since 2oo2 teaching urban youth and international ESL students. A former NFL player for the New York Jets, he also finds time to serve on several boards of national organizations working with youth. He is the author of "Thoughts of An Urban Teacher" (2017), "Effective Mentoring in the 21st Century" (workbook 2017), "Success Stories Insights by African American Men"(2016),”A Case for Bilingual Education” (2015),“A Teacher’s View Education in America.”(2014) and numerous teacher guides, workbooks, and articles.
