  • Financial Wellness in the work place is such an important topic at America Saves. Financial stress impacts all areas of our lives. In today's conversation, Amanda Woods will be co-hosting with guest Carolyn Pemberton, Senior Program Manager of America Saves. In this role, Carolyn is responsible for managing all of the America Saves Programs, including Military Saves, while developing new strategic partnerships and alliances. Amanda and Carolyn will also be speaking with Charvi Gandotra. Charvi Gandotra is a financial security advocate and practitioner with over 10 years of experience across the United States, and South Asia and Pacific regions. Charvi is currently an Associate Director at Commonwealth where she concentrates on scaling solutions to support financially vulnerable consumers in the US. She works with large employers, recordkeepers, and payroll providers to help them advance access to high quality emergency savings solutions for their employees and consumers.She received a Masters in Public Policy from the Indian Institute of Management, Bangalore, India and holds a Bachelors of Arts in Economics from the Shri Ram College of Commerce, Delhi University, India.
