Episode 73: Episode 73: Our Living Hope

  • Summary

  • This year Easter is in the month of March. Easter is that special time that Christians around the world celebrate the reality of the cross in their lives. If we sat down with believers from around the world and ask each one, who Jesus Christ is to him or her, we will find a common thread- Jesus saved them by His amazing grace. Jesus redeemed them by His precious blood shed on the cross. Jesus has given them the assurance of eternal life. The list will be an extremely long one about who Jesus is to Christians. In this episode, Drs. Johnson and Feyi Obamehinti share from the wells of their relationship with Christ about who He is to them. As we prepare to celebrate Easter, we offer Jesus Christ to you. He is the gift that never stops giving. He is the fountain that never runs dry. He is the light that never goes out. And when Jesus Christ lights the lives of His people, no human can ever put that light out. This is our Living Hope and we offer Him to you this Easter. "Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ! According to His great mercy, He has caused us to be born again to a living hope through the resurrection of Jesus Christ from the dead." - 1 Peter 1:3
