Episode 29 - Reflections of God - Hope of God through a Type 3

  • Summary

  • It’s been said humans can survive without food, water and even air for a short period of time, but not without hope. On this month’s podcast episode of If You Really Knew Me Ben and Kim discuss God’s hope and how it can be reflected in each personality type when we are aligned with the Gospel. If You Really Knew Me can be found at We Are The Bridge dot org slash podcast, on The Bridge app, OR wherever you listen to podcasts.

    Bible Verses About HOPE -

Romans 15:13 (NLT) ~ I pray that God, the source of hope, will fill you completely with joy and peace because you trust in Him. Then you will overflow with confident hope through the power of the Holy Spirit.

Jeremiah 29:11 (NIV) ~ For I know the plans I have for you, declares the Lord, plans for welfare and not for evil, to give you a future and a hope.

Romans 8L24 (NIV) ~ For in this hope we were saved. But hope means that we must trust and wait for what is still unseen. For why would we need to hope for something we already have?

Hebrews 6:18-20 (MSG) ~ We who have run for our very lives to God have every reason to grab the promised hope with both hands and never let go. It’s an unbreakable spiritual lifeline, reaching past all appearances right to the very presence of God where Jesus, running on ahead of us, has taken up his permanent post as high priest for us, in the order of Melchizedek.

Hebrews 11:1 (TPT) ~ Now faith brings our hopes into reality and becomes the foundation needed to acquire the things we long for. It is all the evidence required to prove what is still unseen.

Psalms 42:5 (TPT) ~ So then, my soul, why would you be depressed? Why would you sink into despair? Just keep hoping and waiting on God, your Savior. For no matter what, I will still sing with praise, for you are my saving grace!
