We are soo excited to share today's episode, we sat down with Erin Ireland! Erin is an incredible force for good in Vancouver's food scene and beyond! She is an entrepreneur, social media maven and advocate for plant-based eating.

In this conversation we heard Erin's story of how Banana Bread changed her life. From leaving her work in broadcast media, to pursuing her new found side hustle of baking and selling her coveted banana bread Erin's evolution didn't stop with a change in her career, but also in her ethics, as she began adopting a plant-based vegan diet and lifestyle.

As her business followed suit, Erin was pleased to see that the taste, quality, and love of her baking was only improved by making her loaves free from animal products. Fast forward to today, and Erin has curated an incredible social media following where she shares vegan recipes, tips, as well as her impressive athletic pursuits. In addition, Erin has grown her brand "To Live For Foods" and most recently her first brick and mortar Bakery "To live for Café"!
