    ABOUT DR. MARY WILDER

Dr. Mary Wilder obtained her B.S. from Portland State University and later her M.D. from University of Oregon Medical School. God then called her to serve as a medical doctor with CBInternational in Pakistan. She lived and worked in Pakistan from 1966 - 1983. Her years there were spent caring for women and children who otherwise would not have received medical care. After returning home to care for her aging mother God opened doors for her to teach in the Intercultural Studies Department at Western Seminary where she mentored and trained hundreds of students for 36 years. The book “Dust and Devotion: The Memoir of a Missionary Doctor in Pakistan” was published in 2021 to share her story and legacy with the world.
