  • I finally sat down and opened up about myself on my own podcast. Jye my co-host on 'The Couldabeens' took over the host duties which allowed me to discuss how I've gotten to here. I talk about my love and passion for cricket, losing and finding my purpose, and just how important mental health has on each and every one of us. I do discuss some experiences on mental health that might be triggering for some people. If you or anyone you know are struggling please reach out to your family and friends, but also there are some help lines that will also offer support and guidance to those that need it.
