  • Hand aufs Herz – seid ihr immer zu 100 % ehrlich? Höchstwahrscheinlich nicht. Und das ist auch normal. Manchmal gibt es jedoch Situationen, wo man vielleicht gerne ehrlich sein möchte – aber nicht genau weiß, wie. Denn es gibt viele Möglichkeiten, seine Gedanken auszudrücken. Wir haben mal ein paar Situationen besprochen, in denen es um Ehrlichkeit in der Kommunikation geht: z. B. wenn man das Outfit seines / seiner Partner:in nicht schön findet oder wenn der Kellner fragt, ob’s geschmeckt hat (und es das nicht getan hat).
