Matt Cab is a Tokyo-based music producer, singer, and songwriter who's been blending Japanese soul with global sound for over a decade. Originally from San Francisco, Matt made his way to Japan, where he’s worked with some of the biggest names in the music industry — from BTS to Awich, and brands like Nike Pokemon and more.Known for his viral YouTube covers, smooth vocals, and cutting-edge R&B production, He’s also a key voice in the evolution of bilingual music in Japan.

Reiko McNish Sato is the visionary founder and CEO of Amateras. Born in Tokyo, raised in Canada, and a graduate of ICU, Reiko launched Amateras in 2018—a modern Japanese loungewear brand inspired by the sun goddess Amaterasu (天照). With one luxurious kimono robe and a logo tee, she’s since grown Amateras into a multi-faceted lifestyle brand—spanning fashion, hospitality, interior design, sustainable pop-ups (from Tokyo to Singapore), and even a podcast and community of aspiring young women (tokyoyoungboss). She also recently began an interior design company named Jamo.
