Transitions is a collection of poems about the author’s emotional and physical dependence on alcohol during much of his early adult life. The poems chronicle the author's attempt to achieve sobriety through the principles learned from 12-step recovery. The intent of this audiobook is to share some of the author’s innermost feelings during an actively addicted period through sobriety and recovery - one day at a time. Hopefully, others will be able to relate to some of these poems and find that change is possible.
