I read "The Tapping Solution" first and found this book to be an excellent companion to delve deeper into my weight loss journey. You do not need to read "The Tapping Solution" by Nick Ortner to get the most out of this book, but I highly recommend it as a starting place. It went through the very basics of using tapping on everything from stopping a head ache to overcoming childhood traumas and by the time I had finished it, I read this book from a more open and willing place.Amazing book on tapping

I've been studying EFT for a short time and I also struggle with my weight in that I find it hard to let go of the last 7 kilos. I have tried lots of different methods and I have realized through Jessica's book that it is all psychological. The reasons we eat and what we eat has more to do with our brain than with our hunger. Jessica talks thoroughly about the reasons we want to hold on to our weight and what we can do to control these feelings.What did you like best about this story?

Jessica's way of communicating is straight forward and to the point. She uses real case examples which explains how EFT has helped.
