Very Insightful Stuff

This book was recommended to me by my therapist, and I must say, i thought i knew how to regulate my emotions, but listening to this audiobook has given me a new set of skills that have really helped to make that task easier.

Great tools for making everyday life easier

Loved listening to this audiobook. Great narration by the author. Easy to understand with lots of tools and exercises which I've been able to incorporate into everyday life. Quite different to many other self-help books, Highly recommend you check it out.

best methods for mental health

loved it! I got the physical book and now just finished the audio version. The methods in this content work perfectly, they may take practice but are very simple to follow. Thank You

One of the best books I’ve ever read! So many life changing tools in this book! It’s a game changer for anyone trying to navigate anxiety depression or meaning in life (aka everyone)!! Highly recommend

Worlds most annoying narrator

This book feels like listening to one long list being read out after another. It was so irritating to me I couldn’t continue listening - I’m going to need to read the book instead.
