Interesting stuff but very repetitive. However it helped me quit so it must have struck a chord.

I have abused a long list of drugs and alcohol for more that 20 years, Often running away from my problems, moving cities and eventually countries to distance myself or cut off access to them however alcohol is so freely available everywhere so I had to face this addiction head on. I used Allan's book to quit smoking 16 years ago so knew that his method would work but as I got to the second last chapter I was growing concerned that it wasn't going to work this time, and then it all just came together in the final chapter. I sit here today a new man, I'm FUCKING FREE!!!! It feels like a huge weight has been lifted and I can move forward and enjoy my life without the baggage.

Perfectly read/ narrated. If you’re having trouble getting a handle on your ‘social’ drinking. This is certainly worth a shot. Very easy to listen to, easy to follow. Accept that the repetition is part of the spell and just go with it. Alan Carr’s ‘Easy Way’ method has worked for me in the past to stop smoking. Give it a go, you have nothing to lose.
