Definitely not Sf. Definitely Philip K Dick

The story is good. American town with reality bending mystery. but it all strikes me as fantasy rather than science fiction (the genre it's marketed as). Full of all the Philip K Dick staples. The only real letdown is the over dramatic performance. perhaps it would work with another story.
