“It seems with each book, this series gets better…(Love) has an uncanny ability of always creating wonderful characters that you care about… This was such a beautiful romance, one of the best I have read this year.” (Barb, The Reading Cafe)
Fantastic series

The performer in the first was hard to listen too, his female voice and changing of characters was average 😬 and I’ve listen to a LOT!
Otherwise as I said great story, loved the suspense and romance.
Loved the story

Each story could be heard as stand-alone books, however reading them in order does provide some context to the characters from what we learn about them in previous stories.
The only thing that made me cringe a teeny bit was the portrayal of one of the side characters who is Australian. To most listeners the accent was probably fine, but as an Aussie I cringed and giggled a bit. I understand generally that an Australian accent is very tricky to portray so I have not taken away any stars, because overall I think the performance (one narrator for the first 2 books and another for the third) was fantastic.
I will be listening to more titles in this series.
