Great book, definitely recommend

Really enjoyed the book, would definitely recommend it. Boundaries are ESSENTIAL for every person to understand and use in their lives.

Only comment I would say is the authour would constantly pronounce the word “asked” as “axed”, which got a bit annoying

But awesome book

Great examples and stories

great examples and explanations to make us understand more about our behaviours in certain situations. I truly enjoyed it and have learned a lot about myself :)

Everyone should read this book

I have read several self-help books, none have been as clear, practical or inspiring as this one.

Anyone who is interested in leading a happy, healthy, self-determined life should read this book.
