Leo Graf was just your average highly efficient engineer: mind your own business, fix what's wrong, and move on to the next job. But all that changed on his assignment to the Cay Habitat, where a group of humanoids had been secretly, commercially bioengineered for working in free fall. Could he just stand there and allow the exploitation of hundreds of helpless children merely to enhance the bottom line of a heartless mega-corporation?

Story
Few people know the name Vesper Quill. To most folks, I’m just a lowly lab rat who designs brewmakers and other household appliances in the research-and-development lab at the powerful Kent Corp. But when I point out a design flaw and a safety hazard in the new line of Kent Corp spaceships, everyone knows who I am—and wants to eliminate me. I might be a seer with a photographic memory, but I don’t see the trouble headed my way until it’s too late. Suddenly, I’m surrounded by enemies and fighting for my life.

She’s used to living in Airlie’s shadow, but she can’t see a place for herself in this new world. Nor can she believe in the apparent interest of the charming Zeke. Story
Sensible, practical Elinor Tregarth really did plan to be the model poor relation when she moved into Hathergill Hall. She certainly never meant to kidnap her awful cousin Penelope's pet dragon. She never expected to fall in love with the shameless—but surprisingly sweet—fortune hunter who came to court Penelope. And she never dreamed that she would have to enter into an outrageous magical charade to save her younger sisters' futures. However, even the most brilliant scholars of 1817 England still haven't ferreted out all the lurking secrets of rediscovered dragonkind.

Story
Surrounded by unfamiliar politics and long-held enemies, Verene discovers that some at the Academy want her gone by whatever means necessary. As the threats grow ever more sinister, she starts to question all of her assumptions. The hardened prince might just be her best hope of survival and — even more shockingly — he might be right about her power. But as danger grows in the shadows, Verene isn't the only one in danger. If she wants to save both her old kingdom and the new one she's starting to love, she must uncover her hidden powers and take her true place among the mages.
Publisher's Summary
"With music you can tell the truth about human experience." In this romantic fantasy set in the same world as Crown Duel, Flian is an ordinary princess who would rather be left with her music but gets abducted not once, not twice - three times. What is a civilized princess to do? Especially when she can't tell which prince is the hero and which the villain!

Started with intrigue and fizzled
Normally find this style of novelisation gripping but struggled from chapter 5 onwards. it slows and The narrator is too softly spoken and breathy at times. I found her characterisations distracting at times making it difficult for me to maintain interest.

Decent story
Starts out in an interesting manner. The middle drags a bit. lots of descriptions of food. Political intrigue is interesting if a little slow paced.
The narration is good, kept me hooked.
Not the kind of story that kept me up late wanting to know what happens next but a pleasant way to pass the time.
