The author really paints clear & structured points to how and why this crazy addiction works and unravels the psychology behind it on its head. Definitely recommend if you or someone wants to quit smoking !

This book was great at detailing each and every aspect of nicotine addiction. It doesn't harp on about all of the health risks, nor does it condescendingly motivate you to quit repetitively. It simple states the facts in a very digestible and effective way. I needed this book on top of "Allen Carr's Easy Way" in order to beat my nicotine addiction. I could not have done it without this book. It was instrumental in helping me un-brainwash myself. The writing style is to the point and informative. The narration is somewhat of a drone but it very much fits for this subject. Thank you William Porter!
