From cover the cover hands down my personal favourite book for Weight loss. Many of the concepts were just hitting the hammer home with beliefs I already had but had been blurred by the mixed messages. Best point is low carb and low fat are just different sides to the same coin. Something I knew but was in denial. This book set me on the straight and narrow.
