Helped me several ways

I got this book via audiobook boom and this is my voluntary review. This is another good addition to my arsenal of tools that are helping me to become my best self. I found the intermittent fasting ones most helpful. I wish that I could just isolate those so I could just listen to them.

Very interesting method

It is an interesting method, looks like it needs to be used more than once. Takes a while for the messages to become more concrete in the mind but they do start to manifest more clearly, like your own thinking pattern

Sticking to my diet has become easier with this audio by my side. It's a soothing way to fall into a natural suggestive state that helps you ingest messages that help you in the long run for staying on track with your diet and essentially losing weight. Inspired to lose weight

Very nice for motivation and visualization. It's like a mental vision board of how you know you are supposed to behave and think, and then, getting you there. Lots of faster weight loss hypnosis contained in this audiobook.

Amazing

This feeling is amazing. I immediatly noticed at the beginning that every time I listened to the meditation, I ended up with a smile on my face. After one month of daily listening, paired with a healthy diet and 10k steps per day, I lost 4 of the 15kg I have to lose to attain my ideal weight. And Ive been trying for more than 5 years to start a diet. Now I mostly listen to the affirmations to support my motivation to be healthier

So happy that I got this book

I've been listening to this for less than 3 weeks and I've already lost 8 pounds. I feel like it really does plant images in the back of your mind that keep you from overeating. I'm an emotional eater and I'm using this to hopefully make a complete lifestyle change. It's worked so far!

Great motivation to stay the course

A good starting point.

I put it on when I go to bed and fall asleep listening to it. She said it works on the subconscious mind. I know that this is true. It has worked for other things that I have listened to while sleeping.
