Hey everyone l hope you are smiling as a habit & l do & have but being Mindfulness in Action throughout our waking hours is what I gleaned from Nita. l was assessed & diagnosed with Clinical Depression and Severe PTSD when I held the anger in it exploded back in me. l collapsed for awhile when triggered by my thoughts not others actions. I never believed in their diagnosis even though I have suffered through other Serious or Major mental health issues & didn't find out to 43. l took meds 4 a week zanox & when I seen purple elephants running up & down a walk it was actually fun until I came down from that stuff after 6 days of blah. l started taking meds around 60 because I couldn't work anymore & been on a disability since. But training throughout my life on & frickin off because of the BLACK DODG l STOP after a few months or even a yr of training and go into fear for no reason & it's crazy man. I can HEAL MYSELF AND so can you because we aren't the mind or body we are the Power Source of Existence because everything including us is Energy, Frequency and Vibration ask Einstein & Tesla smarter than Einstein said. Everything is a pattern of Energy and energy is Forever. Nothing is destroyed it returns to what it actually is,,& not condensed into form. Disease is a Un Ease of the Flow of Energy and we can heal ourselves as l am. No light coming out of the old Butt, Butt less Fire. Sulfer & Lava & lm cool for now. l will continue to be mindful until this body drops because we animate the Body & it is nothing with out Presence Awareness. Awareness is Consciousness because you have to be Conscious to be Aware of existing & Consciousness has to be aware for the same reasons. So we are Awareness but units of it & it would be a pointless experience if we came,& lived as a Christos or Buddha knowing we are Devine . We couldn't experience experiences in a finite Body, World, Galaxy,& Universe and use its senses, sensations & its functions like a mind To Create because it's a magnificent tool but it's uses us. No be present no thoughts, no mind & STOP, IT IS DONE IN PRESENCE AND YOU ARE IN FLOW & AWARENESS WORKS THROUGH US. 'It hits all by itself', Master Bruce Lee & the IT is AWARENESS AS THE PUNCH, KICK, STEP, SLAP HAPPENS IT DOES & THE MIND FOLLOWS AFTER THE STRIKE SAY. IT AWARENESS THROWS THE PUNCH SENSING DANGER & BANG & then your mind follows after. Be mindfulness in action during waking hours & when the mind says this is BS you know then it is working.. Never stop unclinging from thoughts and don't despair when in thought come home to presence and you won't suffer as much. Now the hard part DROPPING EVERYTHING YOU THINK YOU ARE INCLUDING FAMILY. ITS OK THOUGH BECAUSE IF A LIGHT DOES BURST OUT YOUR BUTT YOU WILL LOVE YOUR FAMILY MORE THAN YOU COULD IMAGINE, BUT EVERYONE ELSE AS WELL, I WANT THAT & KNOW WE ALREADY ARE & YOU CAN NOT FIND WHAT YOU HAVEN'T LOST. JUST BE IN PRESENCE AND THINK WHEN YOU HAVE TO THEN BE PRESENCE UNTIL YOU NEED TO USE YOUR MIND. JUST POINTING THAT'S ALL & NOT EVEN CHRIST OR BUDDHA COULD TELL US WHAT IT IS OR HOW TO FIND ABSOLUTE TRUTH BUT THEY POINTED WITHIN. GO THERE IN STILLNESS AND SILENCE FIRST THEN BE MINDFUL ALWAYS ♥️♥️♥️👍🦘💙
