It explains almost everything you needed

I like the reason they provide at the start of every recipe. The recipes I even have tried have clothed well and that i have an extended list of others to undertake . i do know that a lot of of those will find a daily place in my menus. The one thing that i might wish to see included is nutritional information or the quantity of protein at the very least as these are concerns that i feel many vegetarians have. i do know that I do.

This was a great book.

I read this book knowing little or no a few ketogenic diet but wanting to learn. it had been very helpful in explaining the fundamentals of this lifestyle change and what to expect from it. it had been an excellent initiative and helped me to make a decision if this diet is true on behalf of me .

I love this book

I love this book, it's one among the few meal prep books that really taught me something new. i exploit tons of the recipes now. I also add or subtract things now supported my taste. I appreciate the authors gradual process toward moving to meal prep. Helps you are feeling less overwhelmed.

Very helpful audiobook with everything you would like to understand about living a keto lifestyle as a woman! I desire I had tons of data getting into , but have learned such a lot from this book and can still reference it. Highly recommend for newbies also as those already doing keto.

Absolutely loved this book.

I like the book, but the ingredient lists are very daunting with many obscure hard to seek out things listed. She keeps talking about not eager to “count calories or macros” thanks to stress, but it’s stressful just brooding about the grocery list.

Ketogenic Diet

This book really helped me once I started my keto way of eating. the start of the book about why keto, what's keto, etc was extremely helpful and straightforward to concentrate . The hotel plan and following recipes are good. Some recipes are delicious some others are just average. However, i like to recommend this book for beginners or those interested by keto.

Great listen

If you reside a Ketogenic Lifestyle and can't live without bread, then do purchase. i need to state I read other review's and that i am not on the Ketogenic Diet to lose any weight neither is my immediate Family. The diet is for the general health benefits of my Family. The recipes are easy to follow and that i love having the nostalgia of an actual hand-held cookbook. Thank you.
