Poor female narration

Every character has the same voice, incredibly hard to follow conversations and storyline. Halfway through the book and I struggle to keep up with who’s where and doing what because there’s no differentiation between characters voices. “GET DOWN!! He screamed” - and it’s a hoarse whisper. “His low, guttural voice echoes across the briefing chamber commanding attention” - and it’s a hoarse whisper again. Terrible, won’t finish
