Matthew's delivers knowledge again.

Listened while working, but what I missed is why ill listen probalby 2 more times. Mike already changed my life with BLS and has once again helped give me the tools to be better. like everyone that wants to stay fit, we are always looking at new supplements. Now I have the ability to make my own decision on the scientific findings of them. Thank you both Mike and James.

Clear information

This book is for people passionate for exercise and nutrition,that want real information about it. So important here is where you are getting the knowledge,if you want clean and clear info,this book is for you! I Love it!!

Avoid Like the Plaque

The book has nothing to do with fitness. The takeaway is for any scientific research, be wary and see the whole picture before drawing an assumption. Never once mentioned any nexus to fitness. I wish I received a refund on my token/credit spent on this horrid product of worthless knowledge.

Might be good for you.

This wasn't a badly written book but it just didn't tell me anything I didn't already know. If you've taken college level biology or even psychology you already know this information. I tried to take the Socratic approach, of knowing nothing, but I got bored. I do believe this was written with good intentions. I too am sometimes surprised at how little we understand science and apply research. If you know nothing give it a listen.

great jumping off point.

I loved the book it was very informative and is going to be a great jumping off point.
