great information

Being on Omad now for about a year I can only recommend it. I have reached my goal and am now maintaining with a snack a meal and most nights a dessert. I love it having been on diets for most of my 69 years yo yoing up and down. now I am settled on 56kgs.

Intermittent Fasting made easy

You won’t find a better guide to how to adopt his healthy lifestyle. All the science is explained simply and after reading it you can feel confident applying the principles and working out what approach will work best for you. Goodbye to counting calories and hello to never stressing about your relationship with food again. It’s not easy at first but it is worth it, for weight loss and health benefits. Gin Stephens is a great guide and listening to the book is like a true friend chatting with you . Loved this book.

Great approach to intermittent fasting

Gin's approach to intermittent fasting is great for beginners. Start slowly, listen to your body and build up your fasting muscle. Some IF programs focus on strict eating and diets but Gin's approach is one that focuses on making IF a lifestyle, not something you go on and off so no foods are off limits. Such a refreshing perspective that helps remove the notion of 'good' and 'bad' foods.

Life Changing !!

this was hands down the best "diet" book I've read. I've been obsessed with the fasting way of life since. this is totally life changing. No matter if you want weight loss or healing of your whole body then this is for you.

Life changing

Full of information and inspiration, Delay Don’t Deny is the book for anyone who has struggled with their weight or simply wants to optimise their health. Listening to Gin read her own book is like having a friend chatting to you in your own home. Highly recommended!

I loved how this was presented. No hype with facts and evidence to back up why it works. This book has changed my life and I will never be unhealthy again.

Superb

This has been the best book on IF as it has tied everything together and reaffirmed that OMAD is right for me. I love the references to Jason Fung and Appetite Correction too. Very simple to read/hear and easy to apply the principles over time. Thank you 🥰
