Superb

This has been the best book on IF as it has tied everything together and reaffirmed that OMAD is right for me. I love the references to Jason Fung and Appetite Correction too. Very simple to read/hear and easy to apply the principles over time. Thank you 🥰

Really good information

Loved this introduction to fasting and to be honest makes so much sense, I resonate with the principles and feel I can understand a bit better why my body is resistent to weight loss through usual methods.

Wow. Finally. Something. Clicks!

Thanks Gin, this is incredible. I've finally found a way where I can be my best me. It's just so simple. And when the feeding window is closed I just can't believe how easy it is to say NO to everything. The information you provide, the experiences you share and the research you have completed is invaluable. I love the science behind it too, it is so interesting. I can't wait to read more, learn more, smash my goals and do this forever! Thanks again!

great information

Being on Omad now for about a year I can only recommend it. I have reached my goal and am now maintaining with a snack a meal and most nights a dessert. I love it having been on diets for most of my 69 years yo yoing up and down. now I am settled on 56kgs.

Great approach to intermittent fasting

Gin's approach to intermittent fasting is great for beginners. Start slowly, listen to your body and build up your fasting muscle. Some IF programs focus on strict eating and diets but Gin's approach is one that focuses on making IF a lifestyle, not something you go on and off so no foods are off limits. Such a refreshing perspective that helps remove the notion of 'good' and 'bad' foods.

Amazing and simple

This book is so well set out and Gin’s voice is easy to listen to. She has all the science to back this up and references many books, doctors and other experts. She also gives options that are all doable and I started straight away. I love that it can be any type of eating, so as a vegan I found this really relatable and will fit my vegan lifestyle too. Life changing book!

Great book and Author

I really enjoyed this book and loved that it was narrated by the author. I have been listening to the podcasts Gin co-hosts with Melanie Avalon (The Intermittant Fasting Podcast), and this made me want to get Gin's book. Gin is a real down to earth lady and I found the information in this book to be very beneficial and it has really helped me on my OMAD intermittant fasting journey. I really recommend this book to anyone starting out on their Intermittant fasting journey, which is complemented by the podcasts.
