Best book ever! Life changer...

Loved it. I have fasted before but now know where I went wrong!!! By the end of the clean fast chapter, I had started again and won't look back. In my second week now and feeling the benefits already. I suffer from inflammation in my shoulders and live in pain...no longer. I already feel lighter and on my way to a much newer healthier me. Thanks Gin what a difference this book has made to my life and have already recommend to many others ❤️

Great book!

I have been listening to Gin Stevens for years on her podcast and finally bought this book which I found actually added even more information and context to her fasting regimen than I had learnt over years of her podcast so was well worth the money. I already like Gin and her bounded but flexible and balanced approach to a lifestyle.

Beginner Faster

I’ve been dirty fasting on and off for about a year, some days I’d feel wonderful 22 hours not eating, and others I’d struggle to do 14 hours. My sister recommended I read “Fast.Feast.Repeat” and so I finally got the book and finally realised what I’ve been doing wrong. My fast wasn’t always clean and that made it difficult to stay on. Now, although I still struggle at times, I’m doing regular 16-18 hour fasts and sometimes I’ll push it to 21-22 hours. I still consider myself a new faster because I only just discovered clean fast, so my appetite is still in the adjustment period, but I’m never Super hungry. I found this book to be the key to my goals, and I’m looking forward to seeing the changes in me, my body and my life- and I say life because the way I was living was literally dictating how I felt and ultimately that transpired into other area in my life. Thank you seems too small of a word. But I’m so grateful.

Good advice

Loved the advice on the clean fast and the ability to be flexible with IF. Performance was hard to listen to at times, but I knew this when purchasing the book. Also, the "Who shouldn't intermittent fast" chapter really should be at the beginning of the book,not the end, otherwise some will listen to the whole book and then find out it's not for them.

I started fasting immediately after binge reading this book. Eye opening and everything you need to start, now!

Definitely recommend

This book was packed with so much good stuff, I love Gins success story, I love how she makes it all so easy to understand and I am grateful to have been recommended this book. So far I’ve lost 4kg and it has been rather effortless.

Amazing, so very well written and explained

seriously thank you so much, total game changer !! I have gone from obese to normal BMI so yes weight loss was my initial goal but the magic is how much my health and outlook on life has improved.

Excellent resource for IF

If you're looking to improve your health, lose weight and still enjoy life, this is the book for you!

Gin explains the science in easy to understand ways and takes away all the usual guilt tripping diet talk. I'm 2 weeks in and already feeling so much better!
