Excellent resource for IF

If you're looking to improve your health, lose weight and still enjoy life, this is the book for you!

Gin explains the science in easy to understand ways and takes away all the usual guilt tripping diet talk. I'm 2 weeks in and already feeling so much better!

A good read but same same

I was really looking forward to this book as there had been a lot of hype around its arrival. I enjoyed it but felt there wasn’t really much I didn’t already know from Delay Dont Deny. Gin is a great narrator though so I’m sure lots of people would have enjoyed but I found myself skipping through chapters often.

Makes learning about fasting surprisingly enjoyable

"Fast, Feast, Repeat" by Gin Stephens is like having a chat with a knowledgeable friend about intermittent fasting (IF). Stephens lays out the IF lifestyle in a clear and engaging manner, infusing her writing with a tongue-in-cheek, good-humored style that makes learning about fasting surprisingly enjoyable.

Whether you're new to IF or have some experience, this book offers a wealth of practical advice and various fasting protocols to suit your needs. What's even more fascinating is that my own experience with intermittent fasting, as someone new to it, has pretty much matched the expectations set by Gin Stephens in her book. And it seems I'm not alone in this, as many others have shared similar positive experiences.

So, if you're thinking about giving intermittent fasting a try, "Fast, Feast, Repeat" isn't just an informative guide; it's a genuinely engaging read that might just change your life in a refreshing way.

Great Eye Opener!

Super informative and palatable book for intermittent fasters of all levels. I read this book as a beginner and got a lot of value out of the information provided. It is a great tool to increase enthusiasm for IF and learn about all of the wonderful health benefits in an enjoyable way. Highly recommended!

Definitely recommend

This book was packed with so much good stuff, I love Gins success story, I love how she makes it all so easy to understand and I am grateful to have been recommended this book. So far I’ve lost 4kg and it has been rather effortless.

Buy the actual book!!

I love the lessons in this, but couldn’t handle the narrator’s voice and feel like some of the science needs to be read, noted, bookmarked and read again.

Very Helpful

I got into fasting with the help of Gins first book, which also got me into Audible,as I couldn’t get the hard copy quick enough! Both of these have been fantastic in my life. I am enjoying fasting and seeing results that I never did from regular dieting. I feel it was the right time in my life too. ( big 50 this year). This book was like a recap and reminder of all I learnt in the first book. Plus I have listened to a few of her recommendations as well.
