my only gripe is the length, I was blind sided by the abrupt ending, expecting the training arc to be completed or something major completely defeated, this book seems to be the solid foundation for 7, which will be the mansion of the series, I hope. great characters, great narration, can't wait for 7.

Zac constantly observes that situation or monster seems threatening, but should be no threat since he is virtually invincible… only to find it was a threat. Half a dozen times might be understand, but the guy never learns.

Saying that… it’s still an enjoyable listen and hasn’t been boring yet.
