About this listen

The Dimensional Seed is about to mature. The battle for it will decide Earth's fate.

Urged on by the System itself, Zac has set his sights on the heart of the Mystic Realm. That's where the Dominators are heading, and it might be where the answers to his bloodline can be found.

However, the followers of the Great Redeemer are not the only ones Zac and his companions have to worry about. The trapped factions of the Realm itself have plans of their own. Even eldritch horrors are flocking to the Mystic Realm, attracted by the powerful treasure in its center.

he's finally off boring earth. this series is good but two book worth of content could have easily been cut out of the seven and the story wouldn't have suffered but improved. the author needs to speed up the mc growth and to stop making every little goal/trail of the mc a long epic full of constantly escalating circumstances. it's a done to death trop, a little is fine because it makes it harder to guess the flow of plot events, but if you're constantly escalating everything (e.g. power of enemies, stakes of failure, the risk to mc, size and scale of events) it just make it less believable and imaginable, and start to sound like the ramblings of a 8 year old who can't tell a coherent story.

Defiance of the Fall sets itself apart from other litrpgs by starting off further along the power grind rather than starting from nothing. This allows the series to get to more amazing setpieces earlier and the seventh book keeps on giving. It has closed off one arc and started another. can't wait to keep reading this series

Defiance of the Fall is a standout series

we about 700 chapters into the story now, I love it for the loot acquired and the magical places Zac visits and the constant ruthless power ups he just gets more and more OP and everything just keeps getting more and more magical. I've read all the way up to current date on Royal road but enjoy listening to the audiobooks. I think narrator is good for an American 2.

Most magical indepth scifi LITRPG book series.
