This seems to promote spousal abuse

Is this really the type of audio book we should be listening to? How is it right to write a book that dismisses a wife being beaten by her husband! Unreal!

Not that good

Firstly the use of weird breaks in the narration with music detracts from the flow. They are not even at the end of chapters and seemed to get longer as the story went on. The story was a bit disjointed with a lot of the characters not seeming to add anything to the storyline. I like the narrator but even she could not save this book
