Efficient Starting Point

As I’m new into exploring these kinds of positive self talk books I was happy and felt accomplished to be able to go through this audio book in just two long walks in the woods and it contained great ways to identify negative self talk and actionable methods to start tackling it immediately. Highly recommend to anyone just starting on this journey as well. You got this!

Concise and helpful

One of the best self help courses I've ever done

I would highly recommend this to anyone, regardless of if you perceive yourself to have any mental health issues. The tools explained here are useful across your life. Very informative book on CBT.

I am also finding this book helpful.

For the record, I do not struggle with anxiety or depression, but I am also finding this book helpful. It is easy for me to get stuck in a cycle of negative thinking that really can be hurtful, and I am finding tips to help get myself out of this pattern.
