The most valuable take away I got from this book was how to power read and how it differs from speed reading.

It's a very practical book that is definitely worth investing you time in. I learn how to study for effeciently and actively and how to retain information better. I can't not recommend this book enough.

This is a great book on how to learn anything. I recommend this book to each and everyone. This is a must read book.

I bought the book to learn how to learn effectively instead it starts off with the self help mantra of "you are unhappy with where you are, by doing this stuff you can be happy".
I'm not unhappy where I am, nor am I reading this book fill some void, I just want to learn how to learn more effectively. When i learn this skill I will be no more happy or un-happy than I am now and I don't expect a book on how to learn to do that for me.
After listening for over an hour I haven't received any strategies of learning. there's just so much filler in this that its not worth my time.
