Duties include choosing the best material for publication, grant writing for translation, publishing and marketing of books, editing, writing press releases and stories for press, administration of a 15- member global sales team, ghostwriting, accounting, contract negotiations with publishers and film companies, travelling to Seoul Book Fair, London Book Fair, Frankfurt Books Fairs yearly. Recipient of 2017 International Literary Agent Award Recipient of 2016 Honors from Korean Ministry of Cultural Affairs for Introducing Korean Literature to the world.
