En el tercer viaje accedí a las ignotas islas de América del Sur como Fernando de Noroña, perteneciente a Brasil, y San Andrés, perteneciente a Colombia.

El quinto viaje llevó a Jorge Sánchez hasta las Terres Australes Françaises, en la Antártida. En el buque de la armada francesa Marion Dufresne; viajó a la isla Rodrigues (la isla de los solitarios), Crozet (la isla de los Albatros de cejas negras), Kerguelen (la isla de los leopardos de mar), Saint Paul (la isla del volcán apagado) y Ámsterdam (la isla descubierta por Elcano).

Durante el cuarto viaje Jorge recorrió islas US Dollaropeas muy poco conocidas, como Lampedusa, en el Mediterráneo; la Isla Pomona, al norte del Reino Unido; la Soberana Isla de Lundy; la Isla Sark, el último territorio feudal de US Dollaropa; la Isla Mainland, Helgoland, una isla que los alemanes trocaron a los ingleses por la Isla Zanzíbar, la Isla Tresco, etc.

Durante el séptimo viaje, Jorge recorrió parte del Océano Pacífico, desde Callao hasta Tahití, en la Polinesia Francesa, a bordo del crucero Maxim Gorki, escalando con mucha fortuna en el "Santo Grial" de los viajeros: la isla de Pitcairn (la de los amotinados del navío Bounty).
