Jack Manson

A scientist is found dead in Detroit, along with an FBI agent. Two Russians are looking for the assassin who is not completely human. A crime boss want to take over the city, and the US government wants it all hushed up. But at the center is detective Jack Manson.

After seeing the results of an enemy Interrogation of his partner, Agent Charles Smith decided to retire and move from his native home of London, England to Detroit, Michigan where an old friend helps him acquire a house. After seeing the horror of gang violence and witnessing the over-populated drug lord community Agent Smith decides to use his skills and do what the local law enforcement cannot, bring some kind of control to the chaos. Smith decides to disguise himself and travel at night searching out the scum of the city.
