Garfield “Gar” Randolph is at it again. When asked to track down gold smugglers who are subverting the Hong Kong Gold Trading Mercantile, he forms a team and sets out to poison the well of corruption. The Philippine Government assigns an inexperienced, yet streetwise and strikingly beautiful agent to coordinate with Gar.
