An Empowering Perspective

We have thoughts that run through our minds all day long. Many people pay little to no intention at the conversations they have with themselves. Do you know the reality of your day is determined by how you think? If you’re saying Matthew come on that is ridiculous my thoughts have nothing to do with what happens to me. No you are right they have everything to do with how things happen either to you or for you. Life will happen either to us of for us based on the perception we decide to take. If we take it a step further the thoughts we plant inside our minds have the power to dictate our lives in either a positive or negative way. Are you a passive participant just following the herd or would you like to be an active contributor creating a life you deserve that impacts others along the way. Would you like to become fully aware of just how amazing you are and all that is around you.

This is why I created this audiobook. I wanted to make it as easy as possible to make the leap. So why not give you some thoughts to dwell upon that empower you and open the doorway to creating the life you desire. There are 101 of them and I want them to be igniters. Think of each one as the kindling to start a fire inside. I want them to spark that kindling inside you. Once the fire is lit you are off and running but for many it is very hard to start. The wood you are using is wet so we will replace it. I want a fire so strong and bright it sets you down a path to go do what you were meant to do. To make that change you have been talking about. To feel what has been lacking and then go create it. It may seem a little cliche but all great ideas start with just a thought. This audiobook started with just a thought and ended up being the title lol. Every one of the 101 are infused with the best of intentions to reach you and make a profoundly positive impact. It may only take one to send you down a path to your best days yet!
